She is also certified in Analytics in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and Behavioural Interviewing Skills from XLRI Jamshedpur.

As Head of Sales, Mr. Jain is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the B2C division. He motivates and leads the sales team to achieve aggressive yet realistic goals.
