Our Programs

Emerging Leaders Club (EL Club) is an elite club that is built to nurture next-generation leaders. This club will give the budding leaders a perfect foundation to develop their skills & expand their capabilities. EL Club is a group of talented resources who can escalate themselves into leadership roles. Membership in the EL club not only gives recognition to the employee as a top performer but also ensures accelerated career growth.
GEM of the Team (GEM Program) or in simple terms quarter performer is designed to motivate the employees in each department to become the ‘Star’ of the team. The objective of this program is to provide a platform for all employees to strive for the highest quality of work and promote excellence within the team. It aims to encourage the employees to enhance their productivity and work effectively. Quarter Performer is announced every quarter based on the individual performance basis on the approval received from respective HODs.
Graduate Trainee Program (GT Program) aims at hiring fresh graduates who will be trained to take up an important role in the future. The hired GTs get to work in various verticals within the departments which give them a thorough understanding of the organization. The Graduate Trainee Team consistently extends support and helps the Graduate Trainees by arranging various training programs, interventions, and feedback sessions.

Mentorship program is a structured 3-month learning program for all confirmed employees this program helps to upscale the Knowledge and Skills. We have two parties as part of this program – a mentor and a mentee. A mentee is assigned to a Mentor who guides and coaches the Mentee throughout the 3 months of a learning journey.

Graduate Quality Training Program (GQT Program) is a one-year program that gives wide learning with theoretical and practical training for all the White & Grey products manufactured in the market and with same they can also experience new developments. We hire graduate freshers from the Chemical or Civil Engineering field and help them acquire necessary knowledge, skills and behaviours to keep pace with a dynamic work environment and be core part the R & D Team.
