HomeSure Tileex Ex-33 Stone & Glass Expert

Tile Adhesive EX-33 (White) is high polymer modified, portland white cement-based tile adhesive applicable
for fixing vitrified/ fully vitrified tiles, glass mosaic tiles, all stones, dense and large dimension tiles & slabs. It
is mainly suitable for tiles with an apparent porosity less than or equal to 3%. It is more demanding for wet
area, submerged area etc. Tile Adhesive EX-33 (White) consists of cement, graded sand and specialized
polymers which combine to give high bond strength, water retention, superior workability, unique properties.

Applications

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION –

Clean loose particles, dirt, grease and traces of foreign materials from the surface, if necessary, by using wire brush/sandpaper or by chipping.
For loose plaster areas or floors/wall which are not even, then remove the defective material and re-plaster the area with Ready-Mix Plaster to make them even.

MIXING-

Take approx. 200-300 ml of clean water for 1 Kg of Tile Adhesive EX-33 (White) in a clean bucket. It is very important that add material into water and not vice versa.
Stir continuously for 3 – 5 minutes by using mechanical stirrer or by hand to obtain a homogeneous lump- free paste.
Allow the resultant paste to stand for about 10 minutes for the additives to dissolve.
Re-mix again for about 2 minutes. The mixture is now ready to apply.

USAGE PRECAUTIONS

Do not add more water than recommended.
Minimum-Maximum adhesive thickness 3-12 mm.
Do not directly use on gypsum plaster surface, paint, wood, and metal.
Before tile-on-tile application, ensure that the original tiling surface has enough roughness to provide the required high strength bonding.

ADMIX 3000

VM200

It speeds up construction, saves time, zero wastage and requires less labour.

GYPSUM SILVER PLASTER

Gypsum-based Indian Gypsum Plaster is a lightweight plaster that can be applied to most interior surfaces, including brick, block, and concrete.

GYPSUM SILVER PLUS PLASTER

The HomeSure GypEX Silver Plus Gypsum powder’s flawless white colour ensures a consistently high-quality, robust, and smooth finish. HomeSure GypEX Silver Plus Gypsum plaster, is a time- and energy-efficient building medium because it requires less water, uses less, covers more area, and dries quickly. It can save time because it doesn’t require curing. It takes 15 to 18 minutes to set, thus less gypsum, labour, and time are wasted.

HomeSure GypEX Silver Plus Gypsum plaster has good tensile and flexural strength after setting. Due to the background’s thermal and tensile movements, they are less vulnerable to cracking and de-bonding.

Ready Mix Plaster is a polymer modified ready to use plaster which designed to provide smooth finish on internal (Plastering) & external (Rendering) surface with stronger bond to substrate. Ready Mix Plaster gives strong adhesion on wall/ceiling with excellent water resistant, crack free workability’s that will protect wall. Ready Mix Plaster is covering rough surface of wall, column, ceiling, and other parts of the building with thin coat of mortars to form a smooth, hard and durable surface capable of protecting external surface against penetration of rainwater and other atmospheric vagaries. It provides flat base for painting, minimize the inconvenience of maintenance, and speed up the construction.

WALL PUTTY

HomeSure Wall Putty is a white cement-based polymer-modified wall putty that was created specifically for use as a base coat to conceal unevenness and pinholes on plastered, mortar walls (internal) and ceilings, making the surface wall white and smooth and suitable for primer and paint application. This kind of putty offers great UV resistance, a smooth finish, strong adhesion to the base plaster, and high-water resistance. The base plaster is firmly adhered to by white putty as well.

GYPSUM BOARD

GypEX standard gypsum board is made of a core of 100% natural gypsum that is encased in a strong, environmentally friendly paper lining. Featuring brown paper on the back and ivory paper on the face, and blue or multicolored edge tape.

GypEX gypsum board is utilized in new building construction and restoration projects as a covering material for walls, ceilings, and partition walls. It is intended for immediate screw, nail, or adhesive attachment to existing surfaces as well as wood or metal framing.

CEMENT BASED TEXTURE

Homesure Cement based Texture is a polymeric wall finish product. It decorates the wall with various type of patterns as well as protect both interior and exterior wall. It is more economical than other acrylic based products. It contains finest quality minerals, white cement, and polymers.

Premium Putty fills the imperfections, cracks, and faults on the surface. It provides water repellence effect (Lotus Bead effect), Anti-efflorescent, and gives Aesthetic finish.

COARSE PUTTY

The wall putty known as coarse putty was created specifically as a foundation coat to hide unevenness and pinholes in plastered surfaces and prepare the walls and ceilings for the final application. It can be used as a base coat for putty because it is white. White cement, polymers, and minerals of the highest grade are included.

Product details- Tile Adhesive EX 11 Ceramic Expert is a grey cement-based powder-formed adhesive that gives better quality strength. This product is designed for fixing ceramic and clay tiles for internal dry area applications only. Tile Adhesive 11 Ceramic Expert is a general-purpose adhesive, easy to handle, and requires only the addition of clean water to produce easily workable mortar. Application ideal for tiles with apparent porosity greater than 3%.

EX-22 VITRIFIED EXPERT

Tile Adhesive EX 22 Vitrified Expert is polymer modified: grey cement-based tile adhesive suitable for fixing tiles with less than 3% porosity, like vitrified, semi-vitrified tiles and natural stones on walls and floor in interior and exterior situations. Tile Adhesive EX 22 Vitrified Expert is cementitious material in the powder form composed of cement, sand, polymer which needs on site addition of water to make a mortar which is used for fixing tiles over any cementitious surface.

EX-33 STONE & GLASS EXPERT

Tile Adhesive EX 33 Stone & Glass Expert (White) is a high polymer modified; Portland white cement-based tile adhesive applicable for fixing vitrified/ fully vitrified tiles, glass mosaic tiles, all stones, dense and large dimension tiles & slabs. It is mainly suitable for tiles with an apparent porosity less than or equal to 3%. It is more demanding for wet areas, submerged areas, etc. Tile Adhesive EX 33 Stone & Glass Expert (White) consists of cement, graded sand, and specialized polymers which combine to give high bond strength, water retention, superior workability, and unique properties.

EX-44 EXTERNAL EXPERT

The highly polymerized, grey-colored Tile Adhesive EX-44 is developed with unique qualities like water resistance, slip resistance, flexibility, and extended open time. Additionally, it can be applied to interior, exterior, and wet spaces. It is also suitable for all natural stone tiles as well as ceramic, clay, basalt, vitrified, glass mosaic, and porcelain tiles.

EX-55 ALL TILE EXPERT

Tile Adhesive EX 55 is a white, highly polymerized adhesive that is based on cement. For installation on dry wall board substrates such as gypsum boards, plywood, wood, medium density fiber boards, cement boards, etc., it is appropriate for all types of tiles and stone tiles. Additionally, it can be used in moist, interior and outside spaces, industrial installations in chemically vulnerable locations, food processing facilities, commercial kitchens, dining establishments, and workshop spaces.
