This policy describes how Walplast Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use the HOMESURE CRM mobile app (the “App”).
The App is for authorized business users (for example, staff or partners with an account). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

What information we collect
Sign-in and profile. When you log in, we learn who you are through the sign-in process your organization uses (such as your work email or username and any details your administrator has set up).
Information saved on your phone. The App keeps a small amount of information on your device so you can stay signed in and use the App without logging in every time.
Information you enter or upload. Anything you add in the App—such as customer or visit details, notes, or photos you choose to attach—may be stored and used as part of your work in the App.
Location. If you allow it, the App may use your device’s location to support features like maps or field visits. You can turn location off in your phone’s settings; some features may then be limited.
Maps. The App shows maps using Google. Google may receive technical information needed to provide maps, as described in Google’s own privacy notice.
General technical information. Like most apps, some technical details are collected automatically when you use the App or when something goes wrong (for example, the type of device you use, general connection information, and the time of use). This helps us run the App, fix problems, and keep it secure.

How we use your information
We use it to let you sign in, provide the App’s features, keep accounts safe, improve the service, meet legal requirements, and contact you about the service when needed.

Who we share information with
We may share information with trusted partners who help us run the App (for example, hosting your organization’s data, sign-in services, or map services). We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, or security needs.

Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your choices

Children
The App is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version with an updated date. If the law requires further notice, we will follow it.
