Account Information: We through our website and mobile applications collect a user name and email address, password, etc, the details of which are provided in the applications privacy policy menu or by pop up message displayed during the data collection. The information thus collected is with the consent of the user or, in case of usage data collected automatically when using the mobile applications.

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide. When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

Some information collected is mandatory in nature for the website’s and mobile applications functioning, failure of which makes it impossible to provide the intended services. In the case where any information is not mandatory users are free not to communicate the data without the consequences to the availability and functioning of the services.

Device Information: We collect device id, name, model, etc to identify the device and the owner and is limited to internal employees of the Company

Location Information: When Walplast mobile applications are run on the installed device, we collect location information data through wifi, Bluetooth, cellular, or GPS triangulation. We use the information for location tracking features available in the mobile application for the internal sales force and external business partners with consent.

Location Information (continuous): Continuous locations coordinates are collected to know the users’ approximate locations. Walplast mobile application may collect and use continuous locations coordinates to provide location-based services.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

  • Understand and analyze how you use our website.
  • Develop new products, services, features, and functionality.

Log Files

Walplast follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

This policy describes hoWalplast Private Limited(we”, “us”, “our) handles information when you use the HOMESURE CRM mobile app (the “App”).

The App is for authorized business users (for example, staff or partners with an account). By using the App, you agree to this policy.
